The price list is base price and might vary depend on complexity.
Digital commercial use = x1.5 total price (for example, personal use 50$, digital commercial use = 75$). All Live2d and PNGTuber comes along with digital commercial use automatically.
Merchandise commercial use = x3 total price (for example, personal use 50$, merchandise commercial use = 150$).
T.A.T gonna be from 1-4 weeks for normal types of illustration and might take up-to 2 months for animation/rigging stuffs or Live2d Model from starting the sketch.
Decorative/Pattern/Solid BG is free. Detailed BG price will be discussed with the commissioner individually.

By accepting your commission, I, as the artist, agree to these following...
I am responsible for completing the work with good quality (as of my sample) within the specified deadline.
If there is any change to the deadline, I will inform you at least 7 days in advance.
If I failed to meet Deadline (changed deadline doesn't count), a refund would be made. 25% of the full amount for each 2 days I miss, for example, 2 day will be 25%, 4 day will be 50%,... I still am responsible for completing the works during this time.
By commissioning me, you, as the client, agree to these following...
Commission is for personal use only, please do not re-sell or reproduce them for profit. For digital commercial use (such as Vtuber use), x1.5 of price, for merch commercial use, x3 price.
I have rights to post your commission on my socials with do not repost watermark and your name. However, you can ask to keep them private if strictly needed.
Payment would be made within 24 hours after sketch via PayPal and could be paid in full, or by installment (will be discussed when working). If the payment is not finished, the commission will be canceled.
The commission progress is: contact > details discuss > color sketch > payment after the sketch is approved > me finish the whole drawing > further payment if it is an installment payment.
I can decline commission at any given time and will refund you fully. However if you are the one who cancel, the refund might vary depend on the stage I'm working on.

Q: What software/tablet do you use?
A: I use Clip Studio Paint and XP-Pen Deco Pro tablet.
Q: Can I use/repost your work?
A: For commissioned art, only the commissioner have full permit, please ask them if you want to use them. For non-commissioned art, it depends, please ask me first before use of any purpose! :3
Q: What is Vtuber/Streamer or so-called digital commercial use? What if I am a Vtuber/Streamer but not earning from it?
A: Any Vtuber/Streamer resources like emotes/banner/pfp/stream layout/etc... which usually be used to promote the Vtuber themself is considered commercial. However, if you just stream for fun and not receiving any types of profits (including donations, memberships,...) I wont charge you for commercial fee ^^. But in case you change your mind in the future and starting earning from it, you could either pay commercial fee to continue using my works or stop using them and delete all of them from your channel.
